We act as the Responsible Party for any Personal Information collected from Clients in the course of providing flight booking and management services, as well as affiliate lead generation for visa services.

For Flight Bookings:
Full names and surnames
Identity numbers or passport numbers

For Affiliate Visa Lead Generation:
Fullname, email, phone, destination, person traveling with you, nationality, travel details. (This form is submitted to Visas Abroad)

Flight Bookings:
Facilitate flight reservations and bookings
Send confirmed e-tickets issued from trusted third-party booking platforms
Assist with processing changes, cancellations, or refunds

Affiliate Visa Leads:
Submit form for Visas Abroad to contact you and assist with your visa application.
Legal Basis for Processing:
Contractual necessity: to perform flight booking services
Consent: where applicable, e.g., for affiliate lead submissions
Legal compliance: fulfilling obligations under law
Certain Personal Information is required to complete flight bookings (e.g., full names, passport details). For visa lead submissions, the information requested in the form is necessary to connect you with a third-party provider. Failure to provide mandatory information may prevent services from being delivered.
Flight Bookings:
We share Personal Information with Airlines and relevant service providers to facilitate bookings. Some service providers may operate outside South Africa, and cross-border transfers may occur when necessary.
Affiliate Visa Leads:
Submitted personal information is shared with the third-party visa provider to assist with your visa process. We do not sell personal information to any other parties.
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.Please note that no electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, including for tax and financial record-keeping.
Under POPIA, Clients have the right to:
Request access to their Personal Information
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of information where legally permissible
Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator
All requests must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer.
