WB LUMINARE

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 17 February 2026

For these Terms, any reference to “WB Luminare”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Wilhelm Burger trading as WB Luminare, including any current or future employees and contractors.


1. Our Role

  • WB Luminare provides flight booking and management services as an independent intermediary.

  • We are not an airline, do not operate flights, and are not IATA or ASATA-accredited.

  • The contract of carriage is always between the Client and the Airline.

  • All bookings are made through a licensed third-party booking platform

  • Tickets are issued by the authorised provider, and we forward your e-ticket to you.


2. Services and Fees

  • Service Fee: Charged per passenger for sourcing, facilitating, and managing the booking. Non-refundable once your booking is completed.

  • Administration Fee: Charged per passenger for processing post-booking requests such as cancellations, date changes, refunds, or name corrections. These are in addition to any airline penalties or fare differences.

  • Fees are communicated before payment, and full payment is required before your booking is completed and the e-ticket forwarded.


3. Flight Quotes and Bookings

  • All quotes are based on live fares and availability at the time of enquiry.

  • Airfares, baggage allowances, penalties, and refund rules are set solely by the Airline.

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is received and the e-ticket has been forwarded via the authorised ticketing provider.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the Airline’s fare rules.

  • Administration Fees apply for all refund, cancellation, or change requests, regardless of whether the Airline approves the refund.

  • Refund timelines are determined by the Airline and ticketing provider; we are not liable for delays outside our control.


5. Travel Documents

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all passengers have valid passports, visas, permits, and other required documentation.

  • We do not provide visa services and are not responsible for denied boarding, refusal of entry, or deportation.


6. Airline Operations

  • Airlines may change schedules, aircraft, routing, or cancel flights.

  • We communicate changes when notified but are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbooking, or other airline operational decisions.


7. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the Service Fees and Administration Fees paid by the Client.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or travel disruption caused by the Airline.

  • Clients indemnify us against claims arising from Airline actions.


8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or system outages.


9. Consumer Protection

  • Flight bookings are time-sensitive; fares and availability may change rapidly.

  • Once your booking is completed and the e-ticket forwarded, the transaction is considered complete.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with disputes falling under South African courts.
