Am I required to hire a service provider?

No. You are under no obligation to hire any service provider who contacts you. WB Luminare facilitates introductions only — the final decision is always yours.

How does WB Luminare work with service providers?

Service providers on WB Luminare operate as independent contractors. By registering, they confirm that they are legally permitted, qualified, and authorised to provide the services they selected to receive leads for.

WB Luminare may request identification or business documentation for fraud prevention and platform risk management purposes. This does not constitute verification, endorsement, or approval of any service provider.

WB Luminare does not guarantee the legality, quality, pricing, or outcomes of services. Clients are encouraged to independently verify credentials, request references, and communicate directly with providers before proceeding.

How many service providers will contact me?

The number of responses depends on availability, location, and the category of service requested.

What if no service providers contact me?

In some areas or service categories, availability may be limited. You may submit another request or contact us for assistance.

Does WB Luminare handle payments or pricing?

No. WB Luminare does not process payments, set pricing, or handle contracts. All agreements are made directly between clients and service providers.

I am not satisfied with the service received. What should I do?

WB Luminare operates solely as a lead-generation and introduction platform and is not a party to any agreement between clients and service providers. WB Luminare does not provide services, supervise providers, guarantee outcomes, or mediate disputes.

  • Resolve directly with the provider: All disputes must be addressed directly.
  • Report serious misconduct: If you have evidence of fraud or unlawful activity, email support@wbluminare.co.za .
  • Platform action: WB Luminare may suspend or remove providers based on credible evidence. This does not involve refunds, compensation, or legal determinations.

How is my personal information used?
